This tournament is designed to be somewhat of of a final tune-up / dress rehearsal for the state tournament. Particiapants do not have to be planning to attend the Texas state tournament in order to participate. We welcome participants from in any state in  the USA. All awards will be hand delivered or mailed out upon completion of the tournament. Please note, this is a virtual only tournament. All coaches will receive a "code word" for each day of the tournament. Participants will be required to have seven photos saved and prepared to submit if requested by tournament administrators. Each archer will have a "selfie" prior to the flight, showing his/her color arrows, as well as six photos of each scoring end of the tournament. Every picture will need to show the target as well as the "code word" for their particular day. If teams intend to shoot on multiple days, coaches will need to declare which day each archer plans to compete. Changes to shooting days may not be made after the tournament begins. For example, if I say, "Ricky Albus will be shooting on Wednesday." The only pictures allowed for Ricky will have the word of the day for Wednesday in them. This protocol is intended to prevent Ricky from shooting poorly on Wednesday and then a coach saying, "well, Ricky couldn't make shoot on Wednesday so we let him shoot on Friday." I know that nothing "virtual" is fool proof but we are doing the code words in an attempt to keep everyone on an equal and level playing field. The virtual format is certainly not what any of us was hoping for but we are doing the best we can to control what we can control.
