Thank you for participating the the 2021 Garrett Hull Memorial Scholarship tournament.  Honoring Corporal Hull for his ultimate sacrifice of serving others in the line of duty is an extreme honor for us.  Please help us ensure the integrity of this tournament that honors such a fine man by designating the days that each archer will be shooting on your team.  A "word of the day" will be sent out to coaches on Monday, February 15th. That word will change each day of the tournament for archers who are shooting on different days.  The word will need to be in the picture every archer takes of their scoring rounds.  ALL SCORES ARE DUE BY 4:00 PM SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 2OTH.

  Every archer will need to take 7 pics. The first pic will be them in front of their target showing what color arrows they are shooting and the word of the day included.  The next 6 pics will need to be of each 5 arrow scoring round...the 3 from 10 meters and the 3 from 15 meters.  The archers will need to save those pictures until after all awards are issued in case the tournament director requests them for verification purposes.  

  Scoring at your place will be done by archer "L" scoring archer "R"'s arrows, and vice-versa.  Archer L will look at their card that archer R holds and give a thumbs up if they agree the arrow scores were bubbled accurrately.  Archer R will then sign their initials to verify.

  Coaches at each school are responsible for running their own scorecards and submitting their archers score in either the NASP csv file format or on a spreadsheet that shows every arrows individual score for tie-breaking purposes.
