This will be an all virtual tournament.

First flights may begin on Monday, February 22nd at 8:00 a.m. Coaches must declare what day their archers will shoot before the tournament begins. Once declared, the archers must shoot on that day with the code word of the day on the target on a piece of paper. All archers must take 7 pictures for the tournament. The first picture is a "selfie" with the color of arrows the archer is shooting with and the target with the code word of the day in the background. The next 6 pictures will need to be of the archer's scoring rounds. The archer must save the pictures and submit them to their coach for verification if requested by the tournament director. 

Every coach is responsible for submitting their own archer's scores. If a team has a scanner, you may give your archers their own score cards and the archer will bubble in their own archer number provided by the tournament director prior to the tournament. Scan the score cards and submit the CSV file to the tournament director to be entered into the NASP software. If you do not have a scanner, you may make copies of the NASP score card from the NASP site. You will then need to record each archer's individual arrow scores on the provided spreadsheet to submit to the tournament director for tie-breaking purposes. Failure to submit individual arrow scores will lead to that archer losing the tie-breaker scenario.

All scores must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27th. Results will be posted as soon as possible.
