NASP Volunteer SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective September 30, 2026 · Consent wording version 2026-09-30-v4
These terms govern the optional NASP Volunteer Staffing text message program operated by National Archery in the Schools Program, Inc. (NASP) for volunteers in the United States and Canada.
NASP operates naspschools.org as its main website and nasptournaments.org for tournaments and volunteer staffing, including this text message program.
Program and enrollment
After verifying a mobile number, volunteers may choose recurring automated SMS/text messages for (1) reminders and updates about NASP events they have signed up to staff and/or (2) new NASP volunteer and staffing opportunities. Each category has a separate checkbox, unchecked by default for volunteers who have not opted in. Select a category and click “Save text preferences” on the volunteer dashboard to subscribe. You can use your account, volunteer, or make a purchase without subscribing to either category.
Requesting a one-time sign-in or verification code authorizes that code only. It does not subscribe you to recurring texts. You can use email to sign in instead.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your selections and event activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages and data. Delivery depends on your wireless service and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out, HELP, and support
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all NASP Volunteer Staffing texts sent from the volunteer messaging number. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn either category off in your volunteer dashboard. One-time sign-in codes use a separate number.
For support or to withdraw consent, email info@naspschools.org. National Archery in the Schools Program, Inc., W4285 Lake Drive, Waldo, WI 53093, USA. SMS help: info@naspschools.org.
After replying STOP, reply START to the volunteer messaging number to remove the transport block. Then sign in and select and save the categories you want. START alone does not subscribe you. Changing your verified mobile number also requires new choices.
Volunteer SMS Privacy Notice
We use your mobile number and selected message categories to deliver texts and honor your preferences. We record the number, choices, date, source, and consent wording, along with later changes and opt-outs, to document consent.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our contracted messaging provider processes mobile numbers only to deliver NASP texts and honor opt-outs on our behalf. We may disclose records when required by law.
Consent and opt-out records may be retained after you remove your volunteer account to document permission and honor withdrawals. Removing your account ends its recurring staffing subscriptions.
This notice supplements the NASP privacy policy for volunteer text messaging.
