Tournament Information:

SPECTATORS

~ This tournament is for Elementary, Middle, and High School Divisions.
~ Registration Fee: $10.00 Per Archer (To be prepaid or paid at the tournament. Please make checks payable to Velos. 
~ Tickets at the door: $5 for spectator 13 and over. 12 and under are free. Please keep your wristband if you plan on leaving and returning.

- We will accept credit card payments via Venmo/Paypal but there will be a 3% fee for those transactions.  If posssible we ask for cash with exact change. 

COACHES & ARCHERS:

~ Bullseye Teams must contain 12 - 24 archers, including FOUR of the opposing gender for co-ed schools. 
~ Team Awards: Trophies awarded to the 1st place through 3rd place teams.
~ Individual Awards: 1st place through 3rd place awarded to individual male and female winners.
~ Only Genesis Original bows and NASP-approved arrows are permitted at this tournament.
~ Please arrive one hour before the scheduled flight time.  Coach is to enter the venue to submit waivers (for every archer) and payment. Once processed they will receive their Team Packet with scorecards, wristbands and meal card for coach. Coach will then bring in his archers onece they put on their wristbands.  Archers entering the building without their wristbands will be charged as there is no way for check in volunteers to know otherwise.
~ Each team is responsible for bringing arrows and bows for their teams. Fletchings need to be marked with School ID and bows should be ready for inspection which would include any necessary taping.

VELOS / Storm Archery are not responsible for lost or broken arrows or equipment.

There will be two quivers provided in each shooting lane. (1 per archer)

Concessions will be available with the famous 'Phil Meal Deal' which includes hot dog, chips & drink.  We will also have breakfast items along with special sweets such as Cotton Candy (made fresh on-site) and Icees!
