Join us for our first tournament of the season!
We’re kicking things off with a “Learnament” — a special event designed for fun and growth.
- New archers will have the chance to learn tournament protocols in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
- Veteran archers will enjoy a fresh start back, shaking off the rust and shooting alongside friends.
This event will be shot exclusively at 10 meters, keeping it simple and fun for everyone. Let’s have a blast together as we launch into another great season of archery!

Date: October 17th & 18th
Location: Taylors, SC
Range: 10 Meters
Format: Individual Competition
Entry & Tickets:
Archer Registration Fee: $10 per archer
Spectator Tickets: $5 for 13 and older.
Children under 12: Free
Awards:
Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female archers in each division. The awards ceremony will take place after the final flight on Saturday. Archers do not need to be present to receive their award; however, it will be the responsibility of the coach or parent to arrange with Colleen Pusateri for pickup at a later date.
Important Information:
Waiver Required: All archers must bring a signed waiver.

Equipment: Genesis bows and NASP-approved arrows only. Please ensure bows are tournament-ready, including taping any areas required by NASP rules.
Check-In: Coaches and archers are to arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time to check in, turn in waivers, and submit payment. Coaches will enter the venue first to submit their team’s waivers and payment and pick up the Team Packet. Coaches then return outside to distribute wristbands to their archers.
• Archers without a wristband will be charged the admission fee, even if wearing a team jersey.
• Wristbands must be worn for re-entry; if removed, admission will be charged again.
Teams: All teams must bring their own bows and arrows. One fletching of each arrow must be clearly labeled with the school’s name. Velos Storm/EWC is not responsible for lost or broken equipment.
Shooting Lanes: Two quivers will be provided per lane.
Concessions:
Handmade baked goods and a variety of concessions will be available on-site.
