Only Kentucky schools may participate in KENTUCKY STATE QUALIFIERS.

Coaches will be responsible for full single payment (cash, check, money order) of all archers on their roster after the drop date. 

          Checks must be made out to: Bourbon County Archery

          Payment must be made/received prior to or at the time of sign-in on the day of the tournament to receive team packets and scorecards.

Team sign-in and packets with scorecards will be in the office outside of the gym.

Spectator admission $5 for adults and $3 for students (CASH ONLY).

          Doors will open 1 hour before the first flight each day.

The entrance will be the doors on the left front corner of the building. There will be signage to point you in the right direction.

Concessions will be available all day in the cafeteria (CASH ONLY).

Staging will be in the cafeteria. As you enter the building the cafeteria will be to the left.

Award Ceremony will begin shortly after the last flight on Saturday. 

1st – 3rd place team awards for Elementary, Middle, and High

1st – 5th place individual male and female awards for Elementary, Middle, and High

Please notify your spectators that this tournament is separate from the 3D tournament happening the same day at the middle school. If they are attending both tournaments, they will have to pay General Admission at each tournament.

AED is located outside of the gym.
