Tournament Information:
This tournament is for Elementary, Middle, and High School Divisions.
Lexington District One requires archers parents fill out our release form. This can be found here: https://forms.gle/Jo5ot9A5zkZ3BgkL7
This tournament will utilize Tiered Registration.
Tier 1 - Midlands Archery League Member Schools. Schools with more than one team may only have one team in Tier 1 registration.
Tier 2 - Midlands Archery League Member Schools extra teams (2nd, 3rd, etc...) and any individuals that will be shooting.
Tier 3 - All other South Carolina Schools including ROTC programs. This tier also includes Out-of-State Schools.
Registration:
Registration Fee: $10.00 Per Archer (To be prepaid or paid at the tournament. Please make checks payable to Pelion High School.)
For Lexington School District One Schools, you can do an Internal District Fund Transfer.
Tickets:
Tickets at the door: $5 for adults 18 and over. Free for all children. We do not accept league passes or accept credit cards.
Teams:
Bullseye Teams must contain 12 - 24 archers, including FOUR of the opposing gender for co-ed schools. Second Teams will be given Tier 3 priority registration for Bullseye. Additional archers not forming a team must be list15ed as individuals and will receive Tier 3 priority registration.
3D Teams must contain 6-15 archers, including TWO of the opposing gender for co-ed schools. Additional archers must be listed as individuals and will receive Tier 3 priority registration.
Awards:
Team Awards: Trophies awarded to the 1st place through 3rd place teams.
Individual Awards: 1st place through 5th place medals will be awarded to individual male and female winners.
Other General Information:
· Only Genesis Original bows and NASP-approved arrows are permitted at this tournament.
· Please arrive one hour before the scheduled flight time.
· Each team is responsible for bringing arrows and bows for their teams.
· Make sure to label one fletching of the arrows per NASP rules.
· Pelion Schools will not be responsible for lost or broken arrows or equipment.
· There will be two quivers provided in each shooting lane. (1 per archer)
· Concessions will be available onsite.
