Only Kentucky schools may participate in KENTUCKY STATE QUALIFIERS.

Coaches will be responsible for full single payment (cash, check, money order) of all archers on their roster after the drop date. 

          Checks must be made out to: Bourbon County Archery

          Payment must be made/received prior to or at the time of sign-in on the day of the tournament to receive team packets and scorecards.

Spectator admission $5 for adults and $3 for students (CASH ONLY).

          Doors will open 1 hour before the first flight.

The entrance will be the doors in the center of the building facing the High School. There will be signage to point you in the right direction.

Concessions will be available (CASH ONLY).

Staging will be in the multipurpose room. Archers will enter through the door on the right side of the building. 

Award Ceremony will begin shortly after the last flight. 

1st – 3rd place team awards for Elementary, Middle, and High

1st – 5th place individual male and female awards for Elementary, Middle, and High

Please notify your spectators that this tournament is separate from the Bullseye tournament happening the same day at the High School. If they are attending both tournaments, they will have to pay General Admission at each tournament.

AED is located outside of the gym.
