Tournament Information:
 This tournament is for Elementary, Middle, and High School Divisions.
 This tournament will utilize Tiered Registration.
 Tier 1 - Midlands Archery League Member Schools. Schools with more than one team
  may only have one team in Tier 1 registration.
 Tier 2 - Midlands Archery League Member Schools extra teams (2nd, 3rd, etc...) and
  any individuals that will be shooting.
 Tier 3 - All other South Carolina Schools including ROTC programs. This tier also
  includes Out-of-State Schools.

 Registration Fee: $10.00 Per Archer (To be prepaid or paid at the tournament. Please make
  checks payable to xxx.)
  For Lexington School District One Schools, you can do an Internal District Fund Transfer.
  (Remove if not Lex 1 school)
 

Tickets at the door: $5 for adults 18 and over. Free for all children. We do not accept league
passes or accept credit cards. (This may be modified for schools if they have other entry
options available such as online purchase, Venmo, etc.)

Bullseye Teams must contain 12 - 24 archers, including FOUR of the opposing gender for
co-ed schools. Second Teams will be given Tier 2 priority registration for Bullseye. Additional
archers not forming a team must be listed as individuals and will receive Tier 2 priority
registration.

Team Awards: Trophies awarded to the 1st place through 3rd place teams.

 Individual Awards: 1st place through 5th place medals will be awarded to individual male and
female winners.

 Only Genesis Original bows and NASP-approved arrows are permitted at this tournament.
 

Please arrive one hour before the scheduled flight time.

 Each team is responsible for bringing arrows and bows for their teams.
 Make sure to label one fletching of the arrows per NASP rules.

Gilbert Schools and Gilbert Archery will not be responsible for lost or broken arrows or equipment

There will be two quivers provided in each shooting lane. (1 per archer)

Concessions will be available onsite.

Additional date information for tournament setup:
All Drop By dates will be on Thursday, one week before your scheduled tournament date by 7:00 p.m.
The tournament closing date will be the Saturday before the scheduled tournament date by 7:00 p.m
