Show an Archer Name on the Website

Use these steps in School Manager to replace the "Name Not Available" message with the archer's name on public results and rankings.

Steps
  1. Log in to nasptournaments.org.
  2. Open School > School Manager.
  3. Open your School Archer List.
  4. Find the archer, then choose Action > View/Edit.
  5. On the Edit Archer screen, find the checkbox labeled Display name in results and rankings.
  6. Check that box.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Refresh the tournament results page or search page where the archer was showing Name Not Available.
What This Setting Does

Checking Display name in results and rankings allows the archer's name to be shown publicly on this website for tournament scores and rankings tied to that archer's history record.

Only check this box if you have permission from the archer's parent or legal guardian to display the archer's name publicly with tournament results.
If the Name Is Still Hidden
  • Make sure you clicked Save after checking the box.
  • Refresh the public page after saving.
  • If tournament results are not yet public, the tournament administrator may still be hiding scores or rankings.
  • This setting is changed in School Manager, not on the tournament edit screen.
