Registration Dates Explained

Land Based Tournaments
  • All registration dates are Eastern Time Zone.
  • Preregistration (optional - not all tournaments have a preregistration period)
    • During the preregistration period, you can start your tournament registration, add coaches, add your team groupings, and add archers to your tournament roster. It is important that you take advantage of the preregistration period so that you are ready to select flight times once normal registration starts.
  • Tiered Flight Selection (not all tournaments use tiered registration)
    • For tournaments using auto flight selection
      • For tournaments that use auto flight selection in conjunction with tiered flight selection, it is important that you preregister your archers and select all acceptable flights in flight preferences during the preregistration period. If you do not register your archers and select flight preferences, you will not receive any flights from the auto flight select process which happens between the close of preregistration and the beginning of normal registration. When normal registration opens you will be able to select and make changes in the order of your tier based on what is still available.
    • For tournaments not using auto flight selection
      • For tournaments that use tiered flight selection, it is important that you preregister your archers during the preregistration period so that the tournament administrators can get your flight selection tier set before the start of flight selection in normal registration. If you do not preregister, you are not guaranteed to be put in the correct tier.
  • Normal Registration (Flight Selection)
    • You can fully register during normal registration including starting your registration, adding coaches, adding team groupings, adding or modifying archers on your tournament roster, selecting and reserving flights, making payments, and making changes to your registration. Note: See Drop By Date. At the end of normal registration, you are responsible to pay for all flight positions selected.
  • Drop By Date
    • After the Drop By Date, you will not be allowed to reduce the number of archers on your tournament roster below the number of flight positions selected. You also cannot reduce the number of flight positions selected after this date. You may still add and or change archers after this date until the end of registration if needed, but will be responsible for payment for those archers equal to the number of flight positions selected. For tournaments near capacity, you can come back after this date and possibly find available slots if registration is still open.
