Only Kentucky Schools may participate in KENTUCKY STATE QUALIFIERS

Registration:     Fee per archer $7. Registering BAI will be responsible for full (single) payment of all archers on roster after the drop date.  Payment (single payment for full roster) must be made at the registration table prior to receiving team score cards.  No exceptions.  Cash or check made out to Henderson Co. Archery.

Admission:      via Go Fan: 6 yrs-adult, $5/person + processing fee.   Link will be posted here prior to event.  May be pre-purchased or pay at the door with card only.  NO CASH will be accepted at the door.

Parking:     Overflow car parking is available in the gravel lot adjacent to the paved lot with a pedestrian bridge (not handicap accessible) providing access to the facility.  If coming by bus, please unload/park/load in the gravel lot. Handicap parking available in paved lot.

Concessions:  Available on-site, cash or card accepted.

Awards:    

• TOP 5 INDIVIDUALS in each division (male & female)

• TOP 3 TEAMS in each division

• OVERALL male and female 

Brief awards ceremony shortly after the conclusion of the last flight.  Awards not claimed during awards ceremony will be mailed to the associated school address of record at the convenience of HCA or arrangements may be made to pick up at tournament location during evening weekday hours.

AED/First Aid located in a marked location in Building 1.
