State Qualifying Tournament basics:
--- From January 1 through February 2nd, schools may shoot a qualifying tournament, anytime, either alone or with another school(s)
--- There is NO NEED to list your tournament on the NASP tournament site unless you want to advertise & invite other schools.
--- After completing a tournament the NASP coach registers students and submits scores online on this 2026 State Qualifying Tournament listing. 

--- There will be two payment options: Paying the $2.00 per student fee by credit card or by an invoice and "mail-in" option. If paying by credit card, go to www.GoOTF.com and click on TX NASP Tour and scroll down to Qualifing Tournament or go to this link: Outdoors Tomorrow Foundation · Texas NASP State Archery Qualifying Tournament (lglforms.com)  The "mail in" payment will be to Outdoors Tomorrow Foundation (OTF) 14850 Montfort Dr. Ste 105 LB2 Dallas, TX 75254  ***Make sure your school business office has this new OTF address*** If paying via invoice the payment deadline is February 28, 2026.

--- Soon after the Qualifying Tournament ends on February 2nd, qualifying score information, directions and details about the 2026 State Tournament and State NASP/IBO 3D Tournament (happening FRIDAY and SATURDAY March 20 & 21, 2026 at the Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio) will be sent to all schools participating in the State Qualifying Tournament.
