LOCATION and REGISTRATION FEE:  Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center, Louisville, Kentucky.   A fee of $35 per registered archer will apply for this event.  Spectator admission is free for all.  Archers will NOT receive a state t-shirt this year.   A school must pay the registration fee for ALL archers registered at the close of registration (at 8 am ET on 2/19/26) regardless of participation.  Please bring checks/payments to the tournament and present them to the registration desk before participation.  Place the school name and "Kentucky" in the memo line on all checks.  Bullseye and 3D can be combined in one check.  All archer packets for bullseye and 3D will be picked up at one registration desk.

Do I qualify for state 3D?:  2026 KyNASP® State 3D Tournament Registration Protocols (teams scoring 1225+ Elem, 1425+ MS, and 1475+ HS at a state qualifying event are allowed to pre-register along with individuals from non-participating teams with state qualifying scores of 265+elem, 275+mid, 285+high).  Participation is not guaranteed.  Flight positions are limited. 

Registration for the state tournament will be handled through the nasptournaments.org website.  Participation is not guaranteed. Second teams with state qualifying scores of 1225+ Elem, 1425+ MS, and 1475+ HS in a single state qualifying event with first teams will have an opportunity to pre-register.
Pre-Registration for the tournament will begin at 8 am ET on January 1st, 2026.  Auto-assign will be used based on the school's team ranking.  Each team must select as many flight preferences as they are willing to accept during the pre-registration process. 

All pre-registered teams will be involved in an auto-flight selection process per tier group of teams directly followed by a registration opening for changes.   Each tier of teams stating Tuesday, February 17th will be assigned followed by registration opening for each tier group of ranked teams.  Emails will be sent to all pre-registered coaches with explaination of new process in detail.
