LOCATION and REGISTRATION FEE:  Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center, Louisville, Kentucky.   A fee of $35 per registered archer will apply for this event.  Spectator admission for all will be free again this year. Archers will NOT receive a state t-shirt this year.   A school must pay the registration fee for ALL archers registered at the close of registration (at 8 am ET on 2/18/26) regardless of participation.  Please bring checks/payments to the tournament and present them to the registration desk before participation.  Place the school name and "Kentucky" in the memo line on all checks.

Do you qualify to register?:  2026 KyNASP® State Tournament Registration Protocols (teams scoring 2500+elem, 3000+mid, 3100+high at a state qualifying event are allowed to pre-register along with individuals from non-participating teams with state qualifying scores of 265+elem, 275+mid, 285+high).  Participation is not guaranteed.  Flight positions are limited.

Registration for the state tournament will be handled through the nasptournaments.org website.  Participation is not guaranteed. Second teams with state qualifying scores of 2500+ Elem, 3000+ MS, and 3100+ HS in a single state qualifying event with first teams will have an opportunity to pre-register.
Pre-Registration for the tournament will begin at 8 am ET on January 1st, 2026.  Auto-assign will be used based on the school's ranking.  Each team must select as many flight preferences as they are willing to accept during the pre-registration process. 

The auto-flight selection/registration process is a little different this year.  All pre-registered teams will be involved in an auto-flight selection process directly followed by a registration opening for changes.  Each tier of teams stating Sunday, February 15th will be assigned followed by registration opening for each group of ranked teams.  Emails will be sent to all pre-registered coaches with explaination of new process in detail.
