Registration Information:

• Registration will be tiered this year. Pre-registration is important, as it will allow us to set your tier prior to the registration window. With this being a PA State Qualifier, we want to ensure that PA schools have access to our limited space while also keeping our doors open to our neighboring states. PA NASP schools will receive Tier 1, being able to select flights at the start of the registration period (January 6). Non-PA NASP schools will be placed in Tier 2 and be able to select flights two days later (January 8).
• 24 archers per flight
• Friday - four flights on the hour from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Saturday - ten flights on the hour from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Entry Fee: $10.00 Per Archer.
• Individual and Team awards will be awarded for each division: Elementary, Middle School and High School.

Team Information:

• The number of teams per school is limited to 1 team per division.  
• Limit 24 archers per team, 12 archer minimum, 4 of the opposite gender.
• Schools with less than 12 archers for team may register archers as individuals.
• Please note that this is a PA State-qualifying tournament. See Registration Information for more details.
• This tournament will have normal flight arrangements with two archers per shooting lane shooting at the same time.
• If your team or individuals have arrows, please bring them to use. Arrows will be on hand for any that need them.
• Per the NASP Pennsylvania State Coordinator, we are allowed to limit archers replacement arrows for up to three bounce-outs during scored ends.  
• SCORING - We will score via the normal NASP guidance.

Visitors:

• $3 Admission fee for adults - Students, Coaches, and Beaver parents are free.
• Our seating is limited to rows of chairs due to the size of the gym.
• Concessions and a silent auction will be available throughout the tournament.
