Virtual Tournament

10 / 15 Meter Range

WV AIS School Teams and Individuals must participate in the WVDNR State Virtual Qualifying Tournament and qualify to attend the state NASP® Tournament.

Top 8 Teams from each division will move on to the WVDNR State Tournament

Top 15 Indiviuals boys/girls from each division will move on to the WVDNR State Tournament


Who May Participate in the 2026 State Qualifying Tournament:

 
Only schools (Public, Private, or Homeschool) that teach NASP® archery (WV AIS) as part of the in-school curriculum and the instructor(s) have received the Basic Archery Instructor (BAI) certification are qualified to compete in this tournament. All participing BAI's must complete the "In-School Commitment "  prior to tournament registration. The following Divisions are part of the Qualifying Tournament:


Elementary School, 4th-5th grade

Middle School, 6th- 8th grade

High School, 9th-12th grade

 
NASP Tournaments must be conducted between September 1, 2025- February 22, 2026.

You must use the following methods from your tournament to verify scores for submission:

        1.  Submit scores from ONE local tournament using the "Local Tournament Verification Form"  (preferred method), or

        2. Shoot with at least one other school (with a different head coach/BAI) and submit scores with the "Score Verification Form"

Teams:

1.Submit scores from ONE local tournament using the “Local Tournament VerificationForm”

       •Include score cards or score print out from tournament

Individuals:

1.Individual archer submission options:

•Chose ONE tournament for all archers. Submission must include“Local Tournament Verification Form” score cards or tournament score sheet

•Select tournament for each archer or group of individuals, submissions must include “Local Tournament Verification Form” for EACH archer along with

score cards or score sheets
     
A copy of scores MUST be submitted with your verification form. Forms submitted without scores will be returned and rendered incomplete.

Scores Due by: February 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Any scores submitted after this deadline will not qualify for the WV State Tournament. No exceptions.
Scores will be finalized and posted by 5:00 PM on February 27, 2026.
