Entry Fee: $15.00 Per Archer (COACHES THAT ARE PAYING IN CASH ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING ALL MONEY FROM ALL REGISTERED ARCHERS AND MAKE ONE LUMP SUM PAYMENT AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE)
Welcome to the 2025 Texas Two-Step! Strap on you boots, if you have some, and come out to compete in the 2025 Texas Two-Step. The Texas Two-Step will ONLY be at the Arlington Archery Center this year. Tournament is open to elementary, middle school and high school archers.
Please note: ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE THROUGH THE NASP WEBSITE BY CERTIFIED BAI INSTRUCTORS. Parents may not contact tournament administrators for flight times and/or registration. Only a NASP certified instructor/coach from your child's school may contact tournament administrators with questions regarding registration or flight times. This will be a 10/15 meter range with 20 targets available per flight. Preliminary results will be posted online Saturday at the conclusion of the event. Results will not be finalized until Tuesday, January 21 to allow archers and coaches time to verify scores. All archers should take a photo of their scorecards before turning them in before they exit the floor following their final scoring end. All NASP rules and regulations will be followed. Concessions will be available on-site.
There is no spectator fee.
The Texas Two-Step awards are special! We will award the following prizes to archers and teams for the 2025 Texas Two-Step.
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
1.) 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD PLACE PLAQUES WITH CERAMIC BOOT FOR MALE AND FEMALE IN EACH DIVISION (6 AWARDS FOR ELEMENTARY, 6 FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND 6 FOR HIGH SCHOOL).
2.) $1,000 SCHOLARSHIP FROM OUR SPONSORS the Willow Bend Hunt Club, Inc. out of Plano, Tx, will be awarded to the TOP MALE AND FEMALE ARCHERS IN THE HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION ONLY.
TEAM AWARDS
1.) CHAMPIONSHIP TEXAS SHAPED PLAQUES WITH CERAMIC BOOTS WILL BE AWARDED TO THE CHAMPIONS OF THE 2025 TEXAS-TWO STEP IN EACH DIVISION (ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL DIVISIONS).
2.) THE TEXAS TWO-STEP HAS A PERPETUAL TRAVELING TROPHY THAT WILL GO WITH THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST TEAM SCORE OF THE TOURNAMENT FROM ALL DIVISIONS COMBINED. THE WINNER WILL HAVE THEIR NAME ENGRAVED ON THE TROPHY AND GET TO KEEP IT FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR BEFORE RETURNING IT TO THE COACH WHO SPONSORS THE EVENT THE FOLLOWING YEAR TO AWARD TO THE 2026 WINNERS. IT IS THE COACHES RESPONSIBILITY FROM THE WINNING TEAM TO RETURN THE TROPHY AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE NEXT YEAR'S TOURNAMENT. THE COACH IN POSSESSION OF THE TROPHY IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS SAFE-KEEPING, AND ENSURE NO DAMAGE OCCURS TO THE TROPHY.
