Event Dates: March 14th & 15th, 2025

Spectator Fee: $2 per person; children 12 and under are FREE, along with registered archers and coaches.

Tournament Day Information:  

• Parking is available at the high school; both front and behind the building lots can be used. Please enter through the front of the building, main entrance and rear entrance.
• Coaches should check in at the event registration table located within the main entrance area. Registration fees must be paid prior to picking up their team's packet, which will include tournament details and score cards.
• Staging areas will be provided for all participating teams along with a coaches lounge; onsite signage will be stationed throughout the school for easy location.
• Food trucks will be positioned near the main entrance, along with concessions in the cafeteria for the duration of the tournament.
• The coach and alumni flight will take place in ABC GYM immediately following the final flight of the tournament, with the high overall scorer taking home the coveted traveling trophy. Please encourage your graduates from past teams to come and participate!
• Awards ceremony will take place in the Varsity Gym following the coach and alumni flight. Awards will go to the top five female and male athletes in each division, overall top male and female athletes of both Bullseye and 3D, as well as the top three teams in each division.
