General Info

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled flight times to help us stay on schedule. If we are running ahead, we will begin flights early in accordance with NASP rules.

Entry Fee: $30.00 per archer that includes tournament tee shirt. Coaches are to submit tee shirt sizes upon archer registration.  Follow School Manager for your school, archer list and add shirt size for each archer attending.  If your shirt size is not listed, we can not gaurantee your size.  Sizes are Youth S-L and Adult S-3XL

34 archers per flight (17 targets).  Flights will run on the hour 9:00 - 2:00 (6 Flights total).  If another flight is needed we will add 8:00 flight.

This is a PA State Qualifier.  Out-of-state archers may register after January 18th, this will not qualify them in their state, but they may participate in our tournament.

Individual Awards for Top 5 Girls and Top 5 Boys in Elementary, Middle and High School Divisions.  If archer shoots a 50, notify lane offcial to receive a 50 pin.

There is no admission fee for the tournament.  We do have limited seating in our gym.

This tournament will have normal flight arrangements with two archers per shooting lane.
Please have archers bring their OWN ARROWS to shoot, as arrows will not be provided.
Coaches, please remind your archers to stand in the middle of their 30" lane directly over the Morrell insignia. We are limiting archers' replacement arrow for up to three bounce-outs during scored ends.

All will enter the main school doors where the flag pole is in front.  Coaches will check in and receive coach packet with score cards, shirts and sign waiver form.  Please pay with cash or check.  Checks made out to "Elk Lake School" with Tournament in the memo.  ($35.00 check bounce fee will apply).

There will be a spot in the hallway for all archers to put their belongings. Shooters will enter the gymnasium from the rear set of doors by the display case across from cafateria. Doors will be shut during shooting rounds and opened during scoring.  Enter the main school doors, turn right then first left along hallway.

There will be a concession stand offering a variety of food and drinks in the cafateria and raffle baskets. (cash only)

TEAM INFORMATION

The number of teams per school will be limited to one team per division. (Elementray, Middle and High School).
Limit 24 archers per team, 12 archers minimum, 4 of the opposite gender.
Schools with less than 12 archers per team may register as individuals. Register no more then 17 archers per half spots per flight.

Lane officials will assist scoring if there are two archers from the same school at a target.
