Payment Info:
Archer registration fee: $8 per archer
ONE check or payment per school is preferred & appreciated.
TEAM payments can be made via Venmo to Michael Barrentine @csmsarchery
NO individual payments will be accepted via Venmo, ONLY FULL TEAMS.
Any teams with no-shows should make payment the day of the tournament.
The tournament is located at Castle South Middle School in the Main Gymnasium.
Please park in the parking lot at the rear of the building & enter through the entrance marked #11.
Archer registration will be in Gymnasium B (just down the hall from the main gymnasium).
Bow cases will be stored in this area also.
Awards:
Medals will be awarded to the following:
- Top 10 male archers in each division
- Top 10 female archers in each division
Trophies will be awarded to the following:
- Top 3 teams in each division
- Top male overall archer
- Top female overall archer
Concessions will be available for purchase & Travlin’ Tom’s Coffee will be onsite!
We will have our "pick-a-prize" table again this year where you can get tickets to try to win the prize!
Spectator admission cost: $3 per person (5 years old & under are FREE)
