Archer Fee: $7.00 per archer

Spectator Fee:

$5 per spectator. 
Age 8 and under are free.
Concessions will be available. 

Spectator tickets will be available for purchase online only thru GoFan app. There will be limited cash available at the gate.

*We will have a recognition ceremony for the WCHS senior class of 2026 prior to Flight #10

Awards will be distributed following last flight: 

Team: Top 3 per division. (Elementary, Middle and High) 

Individual: Top 5 per division, per gender. (Elementary, Middle and High)

Archers must supply their own bows and arrows.

Registering BAI coaches will be responsible for full, single payment (cash, check, money order) of all archers on their roster after the drop date.

Please pay on-site at the tournament at the time of sign-in at the registration table.

Team payments must be received BEFORE receiving the team packet and score cards.

Awards not claimed during the awards ceremony following the last flight may be picked up at the front office of the New Woodford County High School (145 School House Road, Versailles KY) during regular business hours the following Tuesday after the tournament.
