More details will be posted as we draw closer to the event date! Please check back periodically. 

Archer cost is $8. Coaches are asked to pay for the entire team during scorecard pickup, and checks can be made payable to North Gibson Archery Club.

Please consider the setting and plan ahead. It could be wet or muddy due to the weather, and parking may be in the back of the property requiring a walk to the range. Appropriate footwear is required. Archers wearing a coat, jacket, or sweater must have it zipped, buttoned, and free of strings or loose material. This is a safety hazard. 

There will be limited bleachers, but visitors are welcome to bring a lawn chair. Please remain a safe distance from the range. 

All visitors, coaches, archers, etc. will pay $5 per carload for entry at gates. Parking is limited and in a camp setting, so we encourage carpooling. The parking fee goes towards the fundraising efforts for camp scholarships and other local, volunteer groups that assist with this event. 

Awards will be given to the top three teams in the division, top 10 individuals in the division, and the overall male and female winner. The awards ceremony will start in the Lodge after the last flight. 

Visitors, families, or teams are welcome to consider camping or renting a cabin at Camp Carson for this event. Please contact YMCA Camp Carson directly at Ryan Meeks at rmeeks@ymcacampcarson.org for information.
