Registration: There is a $7 fee per archer. Registering BAI will be responsible for full (single) payment of all archers on the roster after the drop date. Payment (single payment for full roster) must be made at the registration table prior to receiving team scorecards. No exceptions. We accept cash or check made out to Union County Archery.

Admission: All tickets are through GoFan. There will be a $6 entry fee ($5 admission plus $1 GoFan processing) for all school aged children through adults. Tickets may be pre-purchased or paid for at the door with card only. NO CASH will be accepted at the door.

Parking: There are 2 lots at Union Co High School, behind the school to the left and below the school to the right, with overflow and bus parking available across the street at the middle school. Buses may unload at the high school's main entrance before parking in the lower lot or across the street at the middle school. Buses may not park in the lot behind the school.

Concessions: Available on-site. Concessions are cash only.

Awards:

Top 5 Individuals in each division (male and female) will be awarded medals.
Top 3 Teams in each division will be awarded.
Top Overall Male & Female archer will be awarded.
There will be a brief awards ceremony shortly after the conclusion of the last flight. Awards not claimed during the awards ceremony will be mailed to the associated school address of record at the convenience of UC Archery or arrangements may be made to pick up at another tournament location.

AED/First Aid is located in a marked location in the gymnasium and close to the common area.
