TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

DIVISIONS
- This tournament is open to Elementary, Middle School, and High School archers.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
- This will be a 10 and 15 meter tournament. It is designed to be a fun teaching and learning tournament for all participating schools.
- All archers are still expected to know and follow all NASP tournament rules, procedures, and range protocols.

ARCHER REGISTRATION (to be coordinated with archer's coach)

- $12 per archer  Archers that bring an item needed for donations - registration fee will be $10.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION
- $7 general admission at the door. Children under 12 are free.  Individuals that bring an item needed for donations, admission will be $5.

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
- This is an individual tournament. Awards will be presented to the top three male and top three female archers in each division.

REQUIRED WAIVER
- Every archer MUST have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian prior to participating.

EQUIPMENT
- Only Genesis bows and NASP-approved arrows are permitted.
- Each team is responsible for bringing its own bows and arrows.
- Please label one fletching on each arrow with the name of your school.
- VELOS STORM is not responsible for lost or broken arrows or equipment.
- Two quivers will be provided in each shooting lane.

CHECK-IN (day of tournament)
Coaches & Archers - Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time for check-in, waiver verification, and payment.
No archer may participate without a completed waiver and payment.

CONCESSIONS
Concessions will be available on-site, along with wonderful handmade baked goods!
