Designation Form 

Form must be submitted by February 4th no later if you plan to use this as your state qualifier for 3D

shoot will be in elementary school. follow sign. packets for shooters will be in the High School bullseye registration. 

ARROWS WILL NOT BE SULPIED BY JCD. PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS WILL BE RESPONSABLE FOR BRINGING ARROWS FOR TOURNAMENT.
