    • Can be switched to 'active' status.
  • Archived Archers
    • Were once associated with this school/organization, but unlikely to rejoin.
    • Not eligible for tournament registration.
    • Appear in previous tournament results.
    • Can be switched to 'active' status.
Display Archer Name on Website

If a tournament results page shows Name Not Available for an archer, open that archer in School Manager, check Display name in results and rankings, and save the change.

BAI School Associations

A BAI can associate their own account through Find & Associate a School, or a coach already associated with the school can add another BAI through Coach (BAI) Associations. The BAI being added by another coach must have a nasptournaments.org login account.

An association grants access to the school's archer data, tournament registrations, available School Manager tools, and coach-association management.

Submit Your In-School Commitment

The school's head archery coach submits the in-school lesson plan for the season shown in School Manager. Use the guide to complete the form, check approval, or update a pending or denied commitment.

Transfer Archers to Another School

Transfer one existing archer history record or multiple records at once when archers change schools. This preserves each Archer ID and history and prevents duplicate records from being created.
